An incredible experience today at the Career Development CANNEXUS23 conference by CERIC. I was so honoured to be a keynote speaker in a room full of incredible Canadians. From career development practitioners, counselling psychologists; and community agencies helping at risk youth, indigenous communities, underrepresented communities & refugees,

So rewarding to receive a message from one of the virtual attendees afterwards telling me that the concept of "kindness begets kindness" resonated with him to go out in the community and be there for those in need.
